Kathy Lynn HonakerExecutive Director

Kathy Lynn is a high-energy, results driven leader with extensive cross-functional executive experience. She has experience working in eight different states in a Financial Fortune 100 Company, the Non-Profit sector, and working with state and city elected officials. She was brought on board in 2004 to work with AEDF and help with the start-up of ADD. On behalf of ADD and AEDF she led all the local community outreach efforts which were highly successful in helping “Save the Base” at Federal City during the BRAC in 2005. Kathy excels with great organizational and communication skills.

William GarrettAssistant Executive Director

Bill, a former Naval Air Station Commanding Officer, serves as Assistant Executive Director of the Algiers Development District. An Innovative strategic planner, Bill excels at facilities management, resource management, team building, customer support, process improvement and communications.

Vanessa DuplessisOffice Administrator

Since 2006, Vanessa has served as ADD’s Office Administrator. As such, Vanessa provides operational coordination, administrative support, and project management to ADD’s Executive Director and Board of Commissioners. Prior to her role with ADD, Vanessa held the same position at the Algiers Economic Development Foundation/Algiers Community Foundation.
